The project's goal is an improvement of information exchange between trial coordination centers and hospitals by use of the following procedures.
Active exchange of information:
In the past, training programs on 'Evaluation of Survival Data in Clinical Trials in Pediatric Oncology' and 'Time Management' have been organized. For information on future programs please contact studienunterstuetzung (at) mh-hannover.de.
- Moderation of a mailing list for trial staff members (studienmitarbeiter (at) gpoh.de)
- Organization of an annual meeting of staff members from all trial centers
- (Co-)Organization of an annual meeting of documentation personnel from trial coordination centers and hospitals
Provision of information
Information on organizational and formal aspects of planning a trial and conducting a therapy optimization trail are provided for the trial coordination centers. This service is provided on request and will later on be available as part of the 'Quality House'.
