Phase I / II Trials in the GPOH

Especially for children and adolescents with high-risk, relapsed or refractory malignant diseases the options for second-line, curative therapies are small. For this group of patients, participation within early clinical trials (phase I or II trials) can be a chance to cure their disease, prolong their lifes or, at least, help reduce the side effects of treatment.

In order to help patients and doctors find information on recruiting early clinical trials, the GPOH has established five trial networks, which will be presented below.
